The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue & profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.
Role Responsibilities :
You will regularly inspect the plant, identify and correct deficiencies, and report issues to management. In addition, provide detailed reports for all work completed within our computerised system whilst performing planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment safety, reliability and lead ongoing process improvements, developing new ideas and solutions. Finally ensure Health & Safety risks are reported, and controlled, and safe practices are implemented and communicated.
Qualifications/ Experience:

Mechanical or Electrical qualification (Level 3 or above) or equivalent. 5+ years of industrial/practical experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation. Understanding of SCADA/Automated Systems. Experience in electrical fault finding, problem analysis, and continuous improvement. Maintenance experience, especially with CMMS. Initiative and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills. Excellent literacy, numerical ability, and communication skills. Why Join Us?
