Role - Sales / New Business Manager - Conveyancing

Salary - £25K - £32K depending on experience

Our Client is a rapidly growing Conveyancing Firm based in central Milton Keynes. They focus on high value / quality cases from a range of quality Introducers across the country who continue to provide repeat business due to the quality of service they provide. They aim to provide a more personalised, quality service than some of the mass volume Conveyancing Firms.

To continue their rapid growth they are seeking a Sales / New Business Manager who will be tasked with managing / mentoring the current team as well as building and developing relationship with Business Providers / Introducers - such as Estate Agents / Mortgage & Financial Advisors / Solicitors, etc.. WILL SUIT SOMEONE WITH ESTATE AGENCY / PROFESSIONAL SALES BACKGROUND OR EVEN AN OUTGOING PERSON WITH CONVEYANCING OR OTHER LEGAL OR ‘PROFESSIONAL SERVICES’ EXPERIENCE LOOKING TO CHANGE FOCUS IN A CHALLENGING AND REWARDING ROLE.

Introducing customers to their conveyancing services and securing their Instructions.

The successful candidate will also provide effective customer service and administrative support to the wider business. Understanding the fundamental aspects of the conveyancing process you will deal with all initial enquiries and will have responsibility for the conversion of these into instructions.

To complete a range of new business administrative tasks associated with Initial Welcome Calls, matter creation and issuing of initial documents efficiently, accurately and within specified timescales outlined in our Service Level Agreements
