Hillingdon Swimming Club in West London has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified coach to join the Club as Head of Performance.

We are looking for an ambitious coach who is seeking to further develop their career in Performance Swimming by utilising their previous Head Coach or Assistant Head Coach knowledge and experience to benefit our Performance Squad swimmers.

We require a highly motivated and committed individual to join our successful club with a demonstrable and impressive CV in competitive swimming. This is a leadership role that will also encompass responsibilities across the Club with hours worked at sessions held during early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Applicants should hold a Swim England Senior Swimming Coach Certificate/Level 3 Coaching Award, or a Swim England Swimming Coach Certificate/Level 2 Coaching Award and currently be working towards their Senior Certificate.
