About the RoleOur client is an ambitious, fast-growing Independent Connection Provider (ICP) delivering cutting-edge EV charge point infrastructure. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a range of exciting projects. You'll oversee the entire lifecycle of installations, from initial design through to commissioning, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Full Lifecycle Management : Lead projects from feasibility through to completion, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met.
- Team Leadership : Coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the main point of contact for clients, DNOs, contractors, and other partners.
- Budget and Schedule Oversight : Maintain control over project timelines and costs, delivering efficient and successful outcomes.
- Quality Assurance : Implement robust processes to ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and introduce process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
- Experience : 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within ICPs, EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or utilities sectors.
- Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of DNOs, ICP operations, and charge point technology.
- Qualifications : PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certifications. An engineering or technical background is a plus.
- Leadership Skills : A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Problem Solving : A proactive mindset with a proven ability to overcome challenges and deliver results.
