SAP Source to Pay (Data & Analytics) Lead/Architect - Outside IR35 -Hybrid We are looking for an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Data & Analytics Lead to drive the development and delivery of data and analytics solutions within the procurement and supplier management domains. This role is integral to ensuring the organization's source-to-pay processes are supported by robust analytics, high-quality data, and insightful reporting. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA procurement modules with expertise in data management, analytics tools, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead Data and Analytics Initiatives : Develop and implement data models, reporting solutions, and dashboards tailored to the Source-to-Pay process using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). Data Strategy Development : Define and execute a data strategy for procurement, covering master data management, migration, and governance. Analytics Enablement : Design embedded analytics and reporting tools to enhance procurement insights, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and compliance tracking. Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives. Data Migration Oversight : Manage data migration and transformation activities for source-to-pay processes during SAP S/4HANA implementation or upgrades. Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and third-party procurement tools, leveraging APIs and middleware where needed. Governance and Quality Assurance : Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies. Leadership and Training : Provide guidance to analytics teams and train end-users on SAP reporting tools and best practices.
