Working as part of a small team, the primary functions of this role will be to provide an accurate and efficient Forecasting service which will include forecasting/balancing and reconciliation of the account. The primary skills required for this role are fast accurate data entry skills with a good level of literacy and numeracy and a demonstrable ability to work to fixed deadlines. Job Overview: As a Banking Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our banking services. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and collaborating with various departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. * Assist customers with account-related issues, general inquiries. * Monitor and analyse daily cash flows, identifying trends and anomalies. * Prepare regular reports on cash positions, variances, and forecasting accuracy.
