Maintenance Engineer (Injection Moulding) - Job Summary:
We're supporting our client, a trusted global supplier of premium quality injection moulding tools and rigid plastic-moulded packaging based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with Injection Moulding experience to join their growing team. The successful Maintenance Engineer will have experience of working within a high-volume Plastic Injection Moulding environment.

Shifts: Continental shift 4 on 4 off (06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00).
ASAP
Reporting to the Engineering Manager to realise the goals of the department and to provide a first-class service to all internal customers to assist them in realising their goals.
To maintain all production equipment and machinery both electrically and mechanically.
* To carry out breakdown repairs to all plant equipment and machinery.
* To carry out project work when assigned.
* Must inform the Engineering and Servicing manager of any training requirements.
* To maintain and implement the planned preventative maintenance schedule.
* To ensure that all outside contractors are working to company rules.
* Engineering and Servicing manager.
* B/Tec Level 4 Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* HNC Electrical Engineering (preferred).
* Basical mechanical skills
Work Experience and Knowledge:
* Minimum 5 years shift engineering experience.
* Experience in injection moulding and high-speed assembly equipment.
* Welding techniques.
