We are looking to recruit enthusiastic Band 5 Registered nurses who will deliver a high-quality patient care and thrive on the opportunities this post offers. Community health care is changing and fast developing, and it is an exciting time to be a part of the Discharge Business Unit
The posts advertised will be for one of the wards across the business unit, we have 2 at Sir Robert Peel, Tamworth and 2 at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital, Lichfield.

As a Band 5 Registered Nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care, including: assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.

We are the 4th busiest Trauma & Orthopaedic outpatients department in England - an average of 2077 per week.
An average of 1115 patients are seen in A& Es across our network every day - 3rd largest in the country.
Last year we undertook almost 33,700 planned surgical operations in our 57 operating theatres.
