As a Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will manage an established and growing team providing support and advice to the wider Richter business and clients as well as acting as task lead on projects. You will lead or assist in the delivery of Geotechnical input to projects. You will also be required to provide technical guidance and support to less experienced junior engineers and technicians. Planning of site investigations and designing mineral exploration ground investigation and undertaking site assessment.
Working in multi-disciplinary project teams to complete large scale projects.
Support project delivery teams to meet our clients needs whilst maintaining sound financial and programme management and control
Assume responsibility for a range of projects for a diverse range of clients
Provide technical support for all stages of projects within your projects
Training, coaching and mentoring for junior members of the team and non-technical staff.
With a first degree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a relevant earth science, you will also hold a MSc in Geotechnical Engineering.
Strong working knowledge of Digital terrain modelling software, ideally LSS.
Good interpersonal skills and being a team player who can inspire others to achieve project goals through combined team effort and synergy.
Proven ability & confident with report writing and presentation skills.
A full UK driving licence.
