Our client school caters to children with autism diagnosis, offering small class sizes with some challenging behaviour. Students are working around their cognitive age, requiring tailored teaching approaches to support their learning journey.

Leading or substantially contributing to the planning and delivery of policy documents and schemes of work for relevant subjects.
Delivering knowledge, skills, and understanding aligned with the National Curriculum, adapting as necessary for individual student requirements.
Actively promoting literacy, numeracy, ICT, careers, and Key Skills within the curriculum.
Supporting the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students while instilling British Values.
Staying updated with current educational practices through professional development opportunities and training.
Participating in relevant school meetings pertaining to curriculum, organisation, and administration.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service.
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), recognised in the UK.
Must have previous experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students.
