Senior Surgical Veterinary Surgeon

Our friendly small animal practice in Burgess Hill is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated vet with experience to join the team. Burgess Hill Vets for Pets is just 15 minutes from Crawley and Brighton.
We are a happy, busy practice offering clients a very high standard of care whilst maintaining a compassionate approach to our work. We strive for excellent patient and client care.
The team consists of 9 vets, 9 qualified nurses supported by trainee nurses and nursing assistants and a great front of house team. Several members of the team are under-taking certificates and we are happy to support any area of interest which will increase the service offering to our patients and clients.
The practice is purpose built with all the usual 'mod-cons' including digital X-ray, ultrasonography, in-house laboratory facilities and separate dog, cat and isolation wards. Clinically we need you to have good medical and surgical skills and a desire to continue to learn and develop. We would ideally like someone who can work 40 hours per week but can consider part time. Our shift patterns tend to be 8-6 or 10-8 (only 1 late shift per week) with 1 weekend (Sat 9-6, Sun 10-4) a month. To apply please visit our website;
