Job Description

We're in search of an experienced Account Director to join our dynamic client services team. Our Account Directors are integral to our Client Management squad, comprised of passionate individuals dedicated to understanding our clients' business needs and challenges, collaborating to deliver exceptional outcomes. We're particularly keen on finding a performance specialist to elevate our expertise across commercial and charity sectors. The ideal candidate will showcase a track record of planning and executing successful campaigns in these domains.

However, versatility is key. We're seeking someone who shares our belief in diverse growth strategies and can operate across the funnel to generate innovative ideas. In this role, you'll establish strong client relationships, lead and develop your team, and guide the strategic direction of your accounts while championing innovation and creativity.

Your Role:

Your client portfolio will span charities, travel, and retail sectors. Acting as the primary liaison between our agency and client leads, you'll cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include directly managing your team, ensuring deliverables meet our high standards, and serving as the main client contact. Internally, you'll manage budgets, forecast, and ensure agency resources align with contractual agreements, meeting KPIs and objectives. Additionally, you'll play a vital role in nurturing your team's growth and development, collaborating with our Head of Client Services to foster a culture of learning and progression.

  • Have a robust understanding of media terminology and concepts.
  • Be well-versed in digital media and capable of holistic media mix thinking.
  • Bring experience in people management and team development.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen and revenue management skills.
  • Inspire clients and teams through exceptional work.
