Role Description

The Internal Salesperson will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, generating new business opportunities, and working closely with the sales team to achieve the company's sales targets. The role requires a proactive, motivated individual who can deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Key Objectives:

  1. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Manager.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities through various channels.
  4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential and existing customers to promote Evo3D products and services.
  2. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  3. Negotiate and close sales deals.
  4. Provide excellent customer service and support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
  6. Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and current information.
  7. Prepare regular sales reports for the Sales Manager.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  9. Attend industry events and exhibitions as required.

Relationships:

  1. Report directly to the Sales Manager.
  2. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage and nurture vendor and customer relationships.

As with all personnel within the business, the individual will also be required to show:

  1. A commitment to comply with the Company’s Information Security Policy.
  2. A commitment to promptly report any security weaknesses or incidents.
  3. A commitment to adopt and maintain Health and Safety practices.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full driving license.
  • Experience in the 3D printing or additive manufacturing industry.
