As a groundworker apprentice you will be working under the direct supervision of an experienced supervisor. Construction of foundations, roads and footpaths
Installation of drainage and service ducts
Laying kerbs, edgings and construction of car parks
Adhering to all Health & safety policies and legislation with Elan and the site
Maths and English Level 1 - Essential
GCSE/Level 2 Maths and English - Desirable.
Training to be Provided
The learner will be studying the Groundworker Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification.
After completion of the Apprentice Groundworker Level 2 course you will be employed full time as a fully qualified Groundworker. They are many opportunities within the company to keep progressing within the company, including and not limited to Plant Operator, Supervisor or Site Manager.
