Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting small transaction teams in charge of structuring, financial modelling, executing investments within the European infrastructure sector.
  • Assisting and leading investment proposals.
  • Co-leading transaction due diligence and execution, including working with legal, tax and other external advisors, ensuring transaction documentation and structuring are consistent with the business case.
  • Collaborating with senior investment professionals in originating, evaluating, and analysing new investment opportunities.
  • Working with existing portfolio companies to assist in the execution of their respective business plans.

Role Requirements:

  • 4-8 years experience in a top tier infrastructure fund, investment bank or strategy consultancy firm.
  • Track record of relevant and successful deal execution.
  • Strong knowledge within an infrastructure related field.
  • Must be fluent in English, additional European languages would be beneficial.
