Office Clerk

Our client based in the Crewe area is currently looking to recruit an Office Clerk on temp to perm basis, ideally to join as soon as possible.

Duties:

Responsible for providing administration support for the business needs.

Input date into the system using Excel and general administrative tasks including filing.

Sage experience essential.

Work with other departments, and provide support when required. Meet service delivery targets.

Resolve issues related to tracking of orders, import/export and develop and foster strong professional working relationships with customers

Skills:

Previous experience in a similar role with accurate data input skills.

Previous experience working with SAGE essential.

Able to anticipate problems and communicate and resolve the issues.

Organised, ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

A professional, polite and positive telephone manner with strong customer service and communication skills

£14 per hour

Monday Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm

Crewe

Own transport / local essential
