Permanent opportunity for a property manager to work with a consultancy in Manchester.
Manchester-based consultancy working on projects across the North West. They work with a broad range of clients across retail, industrial, leisure, commercial office space and logistics. They offer a variety of services including landlord & tenant (L&T), surveying and property management, which you could be a part of.
You will be involved in setting up services charge budgets, reconciliation, property inspections, client meetings, reading leases and understanding of them, organising rent collection, what to do when not paid, work closely with FM team and liaise with the occupiers. You will be based in the Manchester office looking after properties in Greater Manchester.

This role will require previous experience working property management role with a relevant degree in property or building surveying.
