Exercise Class Instructor - East Leake Leisure Centre

Salary: £17.50 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part Time
Hours: 2 hours per week
Shift: Tuesday 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Location: East Leake Leisure Centre, Lantern Lane, East Leake, Loughborough, Leicestershire, England, LE12 6QN

Job Summary:

East Leake Leisure Centre seeks a motivated and qualified Exercise Class Instructor to lead two high-energy fitness classes each Tuesday Evening. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of our community members in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare and set up the designated exercise studio for assigned classes.
• Deliver engaging and effective Sprint and Pump classes in accordance with the established aerobic program schedule.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere for participants.
• Ensure clear and concise communication with class attendees, providing guidance and support throughout the sessions.

Qualifications:

• A valid Exercise to Music or Group Exercise qualification is mandatory.
• Prior experience in leading fitness classes is highly desirable.
• Certifications in specific class formats (e.g. indoor cycling).
