Our client, a global leader in oil-infused beauty, is seeking a Regional Education Manager to join our client’s dynamic team. They are renowned for revolutionizing the hair care industry with their original oil-infused hair treatments. The company’s extensive line of premium oil-infused haircare products cater to the needs of all hair types. Working in over 85 countries, the company has set the standard for nourished, radiant, and beautiful hair and skin.

The Regional Education Manager (Europe ) is responsible for developing and training the distributor educators within their designated territory - covering various European countries. They will oversee sell-through and support the sale of our client’s hair colouring and other products by focusing on the planning and execution of appropriate education based on geographical area, an assigned distributor partner, and the allocated budget.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Understand and embrace our client’s message;

- Manage and direct educational strategies for education initiatives;

- Be responsible for the recruiting, training, and development of distributor educators;

- Manage, direct, and schedule a team of freelance educators;

- Be responsible for facilitating local training to Distributor Sales Consultants (DSCs), distributor educators, store employees, and salons;

- Manage educational budgets within their territory;

- Work closely with the International Marketing and Sales team to ensure proper launches and promotions;

- Promote and execute our client’s Education Programs, including but not limited to field education, masterclasses, NYC Academy, and partner Academies;

- Be responsible for scheduling and managing all our client’s programs within their territory. i.e., local education events, programs, and special events;

- Create sales incentives to drive education;

- Be responsible for the development and growth of existing accounts as well as generating new salon accounts;

- Work with DSC’s and salons to achieve goals and objectives agreed upon with the Brand/Account Managers, Sales Directors, and SVP of Global Education;

- Work with Brand/Account Managers in the planning of educational programs to meet salon needs, objectives and support new product launches within their territory;

- Work with salons, DSC’s, and store employees to schedule quarterly meetings;

- Be responsible for working with the Brand/Account Managers on selling in and selling through products from the distributor’s central warehouse;

- Participate in distributor shows and programs as directed;

- Full comprehension of our client’s Business Platforms and resources;

- Ability to facilitate Mastery Level classes;

- Follow company policies regarding International law;

Skills & Abilities:

- MUST: High School or GED – [Bachelor’s Degree Preferred]

- MUST: A fully qualified hairdresser, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience.

- MUST: Extensive colour knowledge.

-MUST: People Management Experience

- MUST: Fluent English

- MUST: Demonstrated experience in business acumen, particularly within the hair industry.

- Experience as an educator in cosmetics companies.

- 2 years minimum of education planning experience.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

- Knowledge of a second language, an advantage.

- Cosmetology License preferred;
