We are seeking an Associate to work in our clients Real Estate Team. You will working on a range of commercial property and linked commercial transactions.

The Real Estate Team provide expert advice and assistance in all contentious and non-contentious real estate, planning, finance and development matters. The team’s expertise covers a comprehensive range of property services that cover all types of commercial properties across many sectors, providing for our diverse client base.

The team supports some of the UK’s most high profile property investors; provides expert legal and commercial advice in relation to property, construction and litigation matters; and advises on complex schemes for commercial and residential developers.

Areas of expertise include:

  • Asset Management
  • Business Parks
  • Construction
  • Development
  • Mines and Minerals
  • Mixed Use Schemes
  • Plot Sales
  • Property Litigation
  • Retail
  • Town Planning

You will need to be a commercially minded solicitor with a positive approach to client care and who enjoys cementing existing and new relationships.
