Join the team at Hinkley Point C, the UK's first new-build nuclear power station in a generation, playing a key role in supporting the UK's NetZero targets. As a Temporary Works Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of temporary works on site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with BS 5975: 2019.
In this role, you'll work closely with contractors, engineers, and various stakeholders, manage documentation, and lead a team of Temporary Works Supervisors. Collaboration: Work closely with contractors and stakeholders to meet project safety, quality, and legislative requirements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to CDM Regulations 2015 and related standards, maintaining high safety and quality benchmarks.
Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Temporary Works Supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to ensure alignment with project goals and safety standards.
Offer guidance on temporary works to project teams and participate in relevant meetings and workshops.
Familiarity with CDM Regulations design obligations and experience managing complex temporary works projects.
Confined Spaces certification.
Experience working on the Hinkley Point C site or similar projects.
