Mercer can help design, plan, and managecustomised defined contribution plans both globally and locally. Wealign organisational objectives with workforce demographics andemployee behaviours to identify how employers can help improveretirement outcomes for their employees while meeting workforcemanagement needs.
Serve as a Lead Consultant on a portfolio of clients which caninclude our largest and more complex clients, delivering and promotingMercer's services
Build new and develop existingbusiness through maintaining relationships, networking, attendingevents, seminars and being a knowledgeable expert in DC
Beresponsible for Global DC management, helping clients analyse theirplans both globally and locally, and optimising plan design features

Serve as a lead consultant on clientsdelivering and promoting our services
Reviewcalculations and work produced by junior consultants and analystsusing Mercer software/tools
Manage your ownportfolio by assessing the performance, trends, business insights toensure we are servicing our clients at the highest level
Provide support and advise internal Mercer teams regardingdefined contribution issues
Hold significantresponsibility for proactive revenue generation of existing clientsand extending the range of DC services provided by other lines ofbusiness as appropriate
Build new and developexisting business through maintaining relationships, networking,attending events, seminars and being a knowledgeable expert in DC
Contribute to future strategy for the team, workingwith the leadership team and local business leaders from other linesof business.
Experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role (orsimilar)
Proven experience in managing projects andexceeding client expectations
