The Opportunity:
As part of the Reward & People Data team, you will provide technical support for the firm's main learning management system and other related systems.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Provide technical support to end users and internal teams.
System and records maintenance on firms learning management system (LMS).
Provide system training for all new users.
Assist with configuration and implementing system improvements.
Maintain system functionality by troubleshooting, analysing technical problems and deficiencies.
This is a full-time, 12 Month FTC role based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.

About you:
The successful candidate will have:
LMS or systems experience.
Advanced Excel Skills (including pivot tables and vlookups).
Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and analysis.
Configuration skills.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
