Role: ServiceNow Architect

Location: UK Remote

Duration: 3 Months

Day rate: £595 inside IR35

Role Description:

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a critical role in the design and architecture of complex systems on the ServiceNow core platform. You will be responsible for overseeing integrations, automations, and orchestrations, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect complex systems within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead integration, automation, and orchestration initiatives to enhance service delivery.
  • Document High Level and Low-Level designs in alignment with project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with TDA (Technical Design Authority) governance standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skillset:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing integrations, automations, and orchestrations.
  • Strong documentation skills for High Level and Low-Level designs.
  • Familiarity with TDA governance and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience in a variety of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM).
  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and practices
