We are hiring for Senior Portfolio Analyst for our client's project based at Aldermaston, UK – 3 days per week onsite
Security Clearance: Active DV Clearance is must have

Key Accountabilities:
Provides complex analysis of governance, reporting outputs and programmatic data to track key activities, plans, budgets, issues, and risks across all the OUR CLIENT portfolios.
Analyses the portfolio to maintain an integrated view of the key risks and issues across the OUR CLIENT Enterprise and recommends effective actions to mitigate risks and exploit opportunities.
Analyses and evaluates portfolio data to identify discrepancies, trends, exceptions, and opportunities.
Highlights interdependencies and conflicts between business as usual and the portfolio and recommends courses of remedial action.

Key Responsibilities:
Leads reporting from programmes and projects and provides analysis, insight, and recommendation of decisions for improved of performance of the portfolio.
Support the PMO Service Leads to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose.
Recognize and track interdependencies across the OUR CLIENT Enterprise.
Monitor portfolio risks (threats and opportunities) and escalate as appropriate.
Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
Using programmatic data develop predictive analytics to optimise project performance.
