Role description:

As an executive chauffeur with ROLZO in London, your primary mission is to provide exceptional chauffeuring services to our clients staying in five-star hotels, attending events, business meetings, and more. You will be responsible for passenger transfers and as-directed chauffeur services in and around London.

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 30 years old.
  • You must hold a full driving licence for at least 3 years, with a clean driving record.
  • You must hold a PCO License with TfL.
  • You must be medically fit, which means meeting the DVLA Group 2 standards.
  • You must be of good character. To establish this, you must undertake an ‘enhanced’ criminal records check from DBS through TfL’s authorised service provider.
  • You must be a UK resident with a National Insurance number.
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of London and its surrounding areas.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Residency in London or surrounding areas with access to a parking space is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Strong operations management skills, including scheduling and route planning.
  • Security awareness, driving awareness skills, and compliance with road safety regulations.
  • Prudent and environmentally responsible driving practices, minimising fuel consumption.
  • The ability to be considerate, kind, polite and diplomatic with passengers.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding any information shared during services.
  • Vehicle care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience driving luxury vehicles is a plus.
