Teaching Assistants Wanted

We are looking for motivational, hardworking and passionate Teacher Assistants to fill the ever-growing demand in this position across Primary schools in the Cwmbran area. With the new academic year just ahead of us and there being a good amount of time until the first week of school in September, now is the best time to sign up with us and get into the primary education sector.

Teaching Personnel offer a Teaching Assistant:

Discounted CPD courses
Day to day or long-term assignments
Competitive rates of pay
Referral scheme - £50 per referral
Successful Teaching Assistants:

Child Only DBS on the update service
Registered with the EWC (education workforce council)
Have the legal right to work in the UK
Must be driven to positively affect the learning of pupils
We’re looking for Teaching Assistants that will thrive in their environment and go onto be successful, impactful and empathetic toward their role, ready to challenge and embrace growth.

07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
