Join an innovative energy provider committed to sustainable solutions in the UK. They have an in-house creative agency whom is passionate about design, writing, and digital solutions.

It is initially a two-month contract with potential to be extended. The role is Hybrid, with one or two days a week being based in their London office. It is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week.

Accountabilities:

  • Organise creative briefings and oversee and manage the end-to-end project management from inception to completion
  • Collect project requirements, establish timelines, and determine necessary resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their goals and deliver creative solutions.
  • Facilitate communication among all involved teams to ensure smooth production.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
  • Keep internal stakeholders updated and address their concerns regularly.
  • Evaluate creative work for high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with creative professionals to enhance customer and marketing communication.
  • Pursue necessary information and approvals to maintain project timelines.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing / related field or the equivalent of
  • Experience in project management or creative roles.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organized with multitasking abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with project management tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
