We are a dynamic smart home company based in York, Yorkshire, seeking an experienced and organised individual to join our team as an Office Manager/Administrator. Liaise with suppliers to manage inventory, order processing, and maintain strong partnerships.


- Event Planning: Assist in organising of work away from office. Facilities Management: Oversee office maintenance, ensuring that the front end of the office is always presentable and also replenishing office supplies for staff and clients such as drinks, snacks, toiletries, stationery, etc.


Experience in the smart home field will be given so not essential, but knowledge of how trades work and operate is essential as you will be dealing with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.


- Proven experience in office management or administration roles, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills.


- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and scheduling tools.


- CRM knowledge/experience
