Location: Falkirk (Must be living in the UK) Position: Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD ) Hours: Full time & part time available Shifts: Days or Nights or a Mixture available, Subject to availability. Support to move up the ladder to Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager or Registered Home Manager Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining accurate, complete health care records and reports
  • Administering medications to patients and monitoring them for side effects / reactions
  • Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments
  • To be able to supervise, develop and teach other care team members.
You will need the following skills and qualities:
  • An experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering patient-centred care.
  • Previous experience of working within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to adhering to NMC guidelines and code of conduct.
  • A willingness to coach, guide and support your team on a daily basis.
