CRM & ERP Management: Keep Salesforce and Protean systems updated at every stage of the quotation and order process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise to colleagues preparing quotations, using a coaching approach to enhance team skills.
Order Processing: Manage incoming orders in accordance with WBPS procedures. Project Handover: Arrange and attend handover meetings for complex successful quotations. Create and deliver RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) for these projects.
Supplier Liaison: Communicate with suppliers as necessary to support project requirements.
Continuous Learning: Attend supplier and internal training sessions as requested to enhance your technical knowledge and expertise.
Technical knowledge in generator installations, maintenance, or related fields.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Protean, or similar CRM/ERP systems.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
