CNC Miller Programmer / Setter / Operator required.

Job Description:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines to produce Medicaldevices
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter, Operator in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

Desired Experience:

Essential:
  • Strong Knowledge and ability of programming, setting, and operating CNC Milling machines.
  • Knowledge and experience of programming with Licom Alpha cam or equivalent software package.
  • Knowledge of Solid works or equivalent CAD software.
  • Good communication skills with management and team members.
  • Knowledge and experience of improving machining processes and dealing with tool suppliers.
  • Final or in-line inspection experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of 3 to 5 Axis CNC Milling machines.
  • Able to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Able to use a wide variety of measuring and inspection equipment.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge and experience of Fanuc control machines.
  • Knowledge of program data base management software such as Cimco or equivalent.
  • Knowledge and experience of Fadal CNC Milling Machines.
  • Knowledge and experience of Dugard X5 320 5 axis milling machine.
  • Experienced in work holding methods.
