Commercial Account Handler Location – Staffordshire Salary - up to £31,000 DOE Hours - Monday - Friday 9.00am – 1700hrs ( however, our client is flexible ) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading insurance brokerage as a Commercial Account Handler. Located in Staffordshire, our client’s team of insurance experts are dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions to clients in the Construction Industry. As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients, clients. Meeting their everyday insurance needs and securing their business year on year. Duties Handling day-to-day administration Mid-Term Adjustments i.e. Additions, Deletion, Amendments Renewal Broking, and General Insurance queries. Writing renewal reports and inviting renewals. Building rapport with customers and addressing their insurance requirements.The Candidate Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Commercial Insurance, although previous brokerage experience is not essential. Excellent interpersonal and broking skills are essential, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and strong attention to detail. Commitment, flexibility, and a drive to achieve both personal and company goals are 's in it for you?
