Catering Assistant – Cardigan Primary School
We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our team at Cardigan Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis.
General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times
Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards

Recording the temperature of food;
Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards;
General Health and Safety of kitchen including hazardous equipment
Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment
