The Role

You will be joining a national law firm with a strong reputation reinforced by its exceptional industry knowledge. They are committed to helping you reach your full potential by buying into their culture which has a fantastic track record of their people staying and flourishing in their firm.

As part of this role, you will advise on a diverse range of Corporate work including:
  • M&A
  • Capital Markets
  • Private Equity
  • Joint Ventures
  • Company secretarial and management company work for Corporates


Requirements:

  • You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1-3 Years of PQE
  • You are looking to enhance your business development skills to grow a strong network of clients.
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships
