Wiseman Consulting Limited is supporting a fantastic full-service law firm in the heart of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, to secure a Senior Family Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate (although Partners and Directors are also welcome to apply) for an important position supporting a well-known Family Law Director on a range of private matters.

Our client is well known for HNW Private Family Law for clients locally and nationally, and often in the London/Southeast region of the UK. Boasting one of the largest and most well-supported Family Law departments in Gloucestershire, this is a rare opportunity for a Lawyer looking to make a lateral move or one with plenty of progression throughout the department.

The firm is well known for family law and has a full caseload of work on offer to support one of the firm’s Directors. The team provides pragmatic advice on complex issues, an excellent level of legal knowledge, and clear and unbiased expertise. Wiseman Consulting Limited is looking for a Private Family Lawyer (around 8+ PQE) to join the firm as a senior team member and support a Director.

With one of the largest family law departments in Gloucestershire, the department offers unparalleled support and a wide range of work.

Financial claims (to include pensions and businesses)
Protection of assets on separation
Matters relating to children (including advising parents, persons with Parental Responsibility or Grandparents)
Domestic abuse.

They can also assist with implementing and assisting with associated work required, such as updating Wills, Conveyancing (in the event of a sale or transfer of property), and the restructuring of family businesses/transfer of shares.
