As the Head of English at Wayman Group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an exceptional English curriculum, supporting and mentoring teachers, and fostering a love for literature and language among students. We are seeking a visionary leader who can inspire and guide both students and staff to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the English department, providing guidance and support to teachers
  • Develop and implement an engaging and rigorous English curriculum
  • Collaborate with fellow academic leaders to enhance cross-curricular initiatives
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field
  • Teaching certification and significant teaching experience
