ServiceNow Developer – 3 months – Bristol My customer is seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and administering the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and process automation goals. This role is ideally starting in 2024 but for the right person, it can start in January 2025.
Key responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer

Configuration & Customisation: Configure and customise ServiceNow modules to meet the ITSM and business process requirements.
Platform Administration : Manage the day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user roles, permissions, and performance optimisation.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and users across the business to understand their needs and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions that work for the business.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to streamline workflows and enhance data sharing.
Analyse, configure, and implement process automation and service delivery improvements using ServiceNow.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset Management).
Familiarity with ITIL framework and ITSM best practices.
The successful ServiceNow Developer is required to travel to Bristol 3 days a week and working 2 days remote.
