The Airport Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance across all functions. As the Airport Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team, optimising operational processes, and driving improvements to enhance the overall passenger experience. You will also be required to manage emergency procedures, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to aviation regulations and standards.

Oversee all aspects of airport operations, including airside, landside, and terminal activities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
Supervise and support operational teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Manage airport resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities, to maximize efficiency.
Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, security services, and other airport stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Conduct regular audits of airport operations and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Analyse operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in airport operations.

Proven experience in airport operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role within the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of airport operations, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with airport management software.
