WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Crafting 3-year product strategy aligning with company's growth objectives.
- Developing long-term roadmap meeting customer needs, supporting vision, ensuring profitability.
- Building a seasonal range plan across categories for broad appeal and profitability.
- Enabling informed decisions through insights, data gathering, and trend analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seasonal assortment alignment.
- Managing product lifecycle, budget, margin architecture, and planning.
- Maximising global margin and profitability through strategic planning.
- Gathering and analysing sales data for business opportunities and risks in-season.
- Leading team growth, development, and empowerment.
- Identifying long-term business opportunities and risks through data analysis.
- Establishing and managing product attribution.
- Understanding global retail market pricing trends.
Accountable for:
- Driving product performance metrics and optimisation strategies.
- Refining product vision and roadmap for market adaptability.
- Achieving team success through business objective delivery.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Essential Skills:
- End-to-end range planning and product development across different markets.
- Extensive clothing buying experience, leading teams in retail.
- Successful leadership at Director level, team development.
- Multitasking, prioritising business needs, and commercial understanding.
- Cross-functional collaboration, influencing stakeholders, driving financial improvements.
- Success in high-growth environments, understanding global sports and fashion markets.
- Proficient presenting skills, strategic thinking, analytical mindset.
- Strong organisational, communication skills, finding collaborative solutions.
- Knowledge of cross-functional accountability, global market experience, building trusting relationships.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
