Marketing and Design Executive

A leading mid-market private equity firm with a focus on technology, data and services companies is looking for a creative marketing and design executive to join their growing marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses a strong design aesthetic, proficiency in both print and digital design and a passion for creating visually impactful work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Presentation Design: Create visually compelling presentations that clearly communicate investment theses and highlight the firm’s expertise.
- Marketing Collateral: Develop high-impact marketing materials.
- Website Design: Assist in updating and maintaining the company website, ensuring visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Digital and Social Media Assets: Design banners, imagery and graphics for digital platforms and social media channels, including CRM and LinkedIn.
- Data Visualisation: Transform complex data and information into clear and visually appealing charts and graphs.
Key skills:
- Professional design experience, ideally with a focus on presentation design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Understanding of web design principles and experience with a CMS.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
