What you’ll do

As the Business Intelligence Manager, you will enable Business Unit in making business decisions in order to enhance business organization's competitive position. Also, you will enhance internal sales performance and activity data management, develop processes and design/ provide reports to boost the business intelligence and Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) of an organization.

Your job responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Work as Business Partner to manage and continue to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of different business processes, including Incentive plan design & result validation, Segmentation & Targeting, Budgeting exercise and Sales Forecast process etc. Communicate with IT department on the development of IT tools for the enhancement of these business processes.

  • Provide regular business analytics reports to General Manager and Business Unit

  • Manage the database and provide regular SFE and other relevant reports & dashboards

  • Lead SFE projects and UAT activities

Essential for the role
  • University degree holder in Business related subjects or Information System/Technology

  • Knowledge of Integrated System Environment, Application Support, OS, Database Server and IT Infrastructure would be an advantage

  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform (Veeva / Salesforce etc.)

  • Experience in Business Analytic Tools (MS Power BI, MicroStrategy etc.)

  • Excellent skill of Excel & PPT

  • Systematic and meticulous with details

  • Ability to bring data to life: good at effectively processing large amount of data, extracting meaningful information and story telling

  • Strong business analytics skills

  • Team player with good communication skills

Desirable for the role

  • Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare industry and/or sales experience is desirable

  • Depending on candidate experience, this position may be filled at the following levels: Business Intelligence Manager/ Senior Business Intelligence Manager
