Hourly Rate: £15.52ph additional night rate between 18:00 to 06:00 + £19.86 subsistence allowance per day + £8.81 food allowance per day.
Location: DPD Raunds - Warth Park Way, Raunds, NN9 6NY

As a Class 1 Tramper driver, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of executing bulk collections and deliveries between various DPD sites and customers throughout the United Kingdom. Your role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our logistics network.
Operating state-of-the-art heavy goods vehicles to transport palette loads to HGV-compatible locations.
Adhering strictly to predetermined shift patterns to ensure timely and consistent service delivery.
Demonstrating a high level of commitment by undertaking a minimum of four nights per week away from base, utilising secure company locations for overnight stays.
Efficiently managing and being accountable for a designated regional territory surrounding your assigned base depot.
Ensuring meticulous compliance with all relevant road safety regulations and company policies.
Accurately completing all necessary documentation and digital records associated with deliveries and collections.
This role demands a high degree of responsibility, self-motivation, and dedication to maintaining DPD's reputation for exceptional service in the logistics industry.
Valid UK Class 1 Driving Licence: Extensive Class 1 Experience: A minimum of 12 months of verifiable Class 1 driving experience is imperative. Valid UK Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) Card: This certification is crucial, demonstrating the candidate's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional driving.
Valid UK Digital Tachograph Card: This is an essential requirement for legal and efficient operation of our vehicles.
Demonstrating unwavering enthusiasm for the role and the logistics industry
These qualifications are not merely desirable but are essential for the safe, efficient, and professional execution of the LGV Driver - Tramping role.
