The firm are seeking to hire a Real Estate Finance Partner; to join their growing real estate finance team, their office is based in the heart of the West End of London.
Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with a couple of other highly regarded Banking and Finance Partners; you will also work closely with the corporate commercial teams. Varied Caseload: You will deal with both lender and borrower matters, across both residential and commercial property matters. You will work closely with the firm's real estate department.
You will work with the Head of Department to drive the department forwards, you will be involved with planning and strategy, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team.
You should be ambitious and someone who enjoys developing new business and building new relationships
You will be a Property Finance Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (no upper limit)
Salary and package are negotiable depending on your background and experience, there is also a lucrative bonus structure that allows you to boost earnings by way of billings.
