AshburtonHospital provides a range of Inpatient, Day patient, Outpatient and Communitybased health services to the community. The Hospital has 74 beds andannually admits around 5,000 patients, cares for 2,600 day patients and 15,000patients attend outpatient appointments.
Ruralhealth services employ around 550 full time and part time staff, which includesa clinical workforce in medicine, surgery and gynaecology, supported by nursingand allied health professionals with extensive experience in a wide range ofclinical situations.
This rolewill involve providing clinical dietetic inpatient and outpatient services toAshburton and Rural Health Service. The dietitiansare supported by the Professional Lead of Nutrition and Dietetics from theChristchurch Health Campus.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team and liaising with health providers
Adrive to ensure best health outcomes for people with nutrition relateddisorders;
Theability to work within a team and contribute to the provision of quality care;
