Sie fungieren als juristischer Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für sämtliche Fragestellungen aus dem Handels- und Vertriebsrecht sowie dem Medizinprodukte- und Arzneimittelrecht.

Primär gestalten, prüfen und verhandeln Sie Verträge mit den Kunden (m/w/d).

Zudem fallen Anfragen aus dem Bereich des Wettbewerbs- und Kartellrechts sowie des Transportrechts in Ihr Aufgabengebiet.

Das Thema Datenschutz und Digitalisierung spielt auch eine wichtige Rolle.

Sie arbeiten mit den einzelnen Fachabteilungen (wie z.B. Marketing & Vertrieb), der Geschäftsführung sowie den Londoner Kollegen (m/w/d) zusammen.

Darüber hinaus betreuen Sie außergerichtliche und gerichtliche Verfahren in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Anwälten (m/w/d).

Schließlich halten Sie die Kollegen (m/w/d) mit Schulungen auf dem Laufenden.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Zwei erfolgreich abgeschlossene Staatsexamina.
  • Sie konnten bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer Kanzlei oder in einem Unternehmen, bestenfalls innerhalb der Pharmabranche, sammeln.
  • Sie kennen sich gut im Handels- und Vertriebsrecht aus und mögen das Vertragsrecht.
  • Zudem sind Sie bereit, sich in neue Rechtsgebiete wie z.B. das Wettbewerbsrecht, Datenschutzrecht oder in digitale Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie sind engagiert, kommunikationsstark und arbeiten gerne pragmatisch und zielorientiert.
  • Schließlich haben Sie das Unternehmenswohl im Blick und verfügen über verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
