About the Role:

We are looking for a Team Manager to join our B2B Sales team and lead one of our Third Party Intermediary (TPI) teams. The role focuses on expanding our TPI channel to drive new business and meet forecasted growth. Responsibilities include managing the team’s day-to-day operations, developing relationships with energy consultants, brokers, and intermediaries, and leading complex TPI opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to retain existing business and attract new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets in line with the B2B Sales plan.

- Manage the TPI team’s daily activities.

- Develop the channel sales strategy with senior management.

- Maximize sales conversion rates for retention and acquisition.

- Build strong relationships with key partners.

- Assess and meet partner sales needs.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet objectives and expectations.

- Cross-promote the company brand and products.

- Implement innovative approaches for new clients.

- Manage team pipeline activity and support escalations.

- Host weekly meetings to discuss progress and lead client meetings.

Staff & Budgetary Responsibility:
