Recruitment Specialist

DriverCrew is looking for a self-starter with significant experience in the temporary driver staffing industry to lead the development of our new driver staffing division. This role is perfect for someone with the ambition and industry knowledge to take charge of a brand-new division and shape it into a thriving part of our business.
This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for full-time employment upon successful completion of the probationary period.
You will work on-site in Manchester with the full backing of our Director and marketing team to set up and drive this division forward, but it’s crucial that you bring at least **3 years of experience in the temporary driver staffing industry** with a strong understanding of vetting, compliance and standard industry operating processes.
What You'll Do:
- Take the lead in setting up and managing the driver staffing division, focusing on temporary driver roles. This is a hands on role , you will be digging-in and executing from day 1.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to vetting, compliance, and placement
- Build and nurture client relationships to ensure a consistent flow of business
- Work directly with the Director to align divisional goals with broader company objectives
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices in compliance
What We're Looking For:
- ** Minimum 3 years of experience ** specifically in the temporary driver staffing sector
- Proven ability to work independently and drive new initiatives
- Strong understanding of standard industry processes within the driver staffing industry
- Exceptional client relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude with the desire to lead a new division
Compensation :
- Basic Salary: £2000 per month
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £1000 - £1250 per month
- Total monthly compensation: £3250
