Principal Electronics Hardware Engineer
Are you an experienced Electronics Engineer with a passion for leading high-performing teams? We're looking for a talented individual to head up the development of electronic hardware for cutting-edge video and imaging processing products used in challenging environments. As the Principal Electronics Hardware Engineer, you will provide technical leadership and direction for all hardware development activities within our Wokingham-based team. You'll collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines and production teams to deliver multidisciplinary projects, ensuring they meet or exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities of the Principal Electronics Hardware Engineer:
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Support the professional development of the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide accurate time estimates for project development activities in collaboration with project managers and sales teams.

Skills & Experience Required of the Principal Electronics Hardware Engineer:
Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in a senior electronics design role, including analogue and digital circuits and high-performance processors.
