Opportunity for a Salesforce CPQ Administrator
Role Details:
Position: Salesforce CPQ Administrator
Contract Duration: 6-month initial contract
Rate: £450 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: Hybrid role with 2 days a week in our London office
Project Overview: A top-tier Salesforce Partner, is embarking on an important project to enhance and optimise their Client's Salesforce CPQ platform. This project aims to streamline their quote-to-cash process, improve data integrity, and ensure compliance with industry standards. As a Salesforce CPQ Administrator, you will play a crucial role in achieving these objectives by providing expert support, developing efficient configurations, and collaborating with various teams to implement best practices.
What You'll Do:
Provide expert support and administration of the Salesforce CPQ platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and streamline CPQ processes.
Ensure data integrity and compliance within the CPQ system.
Develop and maintain CPQ configurations, price rules, and product structures.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues in a timely manner.
Conduct regular audits to ensure optimal performance and security of the CPQ platform.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator with a deep understanding of CPQ processes and best practices.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, product bundles, discount schedules, and advanced approvals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems and platforms.
Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
